Services Crow99 is open only to individuals who fully meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not legally prohibited from participating in the activities offered by Crow99.
• Never been suspended or banned from using the Crow99 platform previously.

Crow99 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time, and to suspend or terminate the account of any user who fails to verify their eligibility. Accounts found to have been registered by underage users will be terminated immediately, and all account balances will be forfeited without refund.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account at Crow99. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you will be required to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Verifying your account via an OTP sent to your registered phone number.
• Set a strong password and keep your login credentials strictly confidential.
• Keep your personal information on Crow99 up to date whenever any changes occur.

Crow99 not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately.

Crow99 supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users. All deposits are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The deposit methods accepted by Crow99 are:

Crow99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via payment methods not listed above. All deposits must come from legitimate sources and must be your own funds. Crow99 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds where necessary for compliance and anti-money laundering purposes.

Withdrawal of winnings at Crow99 is a right extended to every eligible member. All withdrawal requests are handled efficiently and transparently in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Withdrawals via DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet are processed within less than 5 minutes on business days.
• Withdrawals via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) may take up to 1 hour depending on the time and day the request is submitted.
• Crow99 does not charge any processing fees on standard withdrawals.
• Withdrawals must be made to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name — withdrawals to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Crow99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing high-value withdrawals.

If your account balance includes bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements, that portion of the balance is not eligible for withdrawal until the requirements are fulfilled. Crow99 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals if there are signs of fraud or a breach of terms.

Crow99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.

General terms applicable to all Crow99 bonuses:

• Every bonus comes with wagering requirement clearly stated – typically between 20x and 40x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• The welcome bonus is only eligible for one (1) new member per household, device, or IP address.
• Crow99 reserves the right to cancel or amend any bonus if there are signs of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.

• The outcome of all games is determined randomly by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Crow99 has no ability to influence the result of any game.
• Any technical disruption or internet disconnection occurring during an active game shall not constitute grounds for a claim. The outcome of any game completed prior to the disruption is final.

Member Crow99 are required to use the platform in a responsible, honest manner that respects the rights of others. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts or colluding with other players to exploit Crow99 bonuses or promotions.

Crow99 operates an active monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Should your account be identified as engaging in any of the above activities, Crow99 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Account Crow99 may be closed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• Member Request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the Crow99 support team. Any valid balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the requirements) will be returned to you.
• Breach of Terms: Crow99 reserves the right to close or suspend an account immediately and without prior notice in the event of a serious breach of terms.
• Responsible Gaming: If a member requests self-exclusion, or if Crow99 identifies signs of problem gambling, the account will be suspended for an appropriate period.
• Inactive: Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administrative fee in accordance with Crow99's current policy.

Crow99 will make every reasonable effort to notify members prior to initiating account closure, except in cases of fraud or serious violations where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the platform.

• Actions or omissions by any third party in connection with Crow99's services.

Crow99's maximum liability in respect of any individual claim is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your Crow99 account within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Crow99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, Crow99 will endeavour to inform members of significant changes via registered email or in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the Crow99 platform following any updates to the terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Crow99 aims to resolve all disputes amicably through its customer support channels before any formal legal action is taken by either party.
